Shady Grove Metro on the Red Line is a short drive, and the shops and restaurants of Upper Rock are on foot.
Pricing starts in the low $800s, and the terrace and loft choices Toll offers push most contracts higher. An $850,000 Village at Upper Rock townhome at a 2 to 3 percent Toll commission means $17,000 to $25,500 paid to us and $8,500 to $12,750 back to you at closing.
